Paahley is an independent fashion brand specializing in high-quality, handcrafted apparel. All our products are currently made-to-order, ensuring exclusivity and craftsmanship. Our products are handcrafted, and minor variations may occur due to artisanal processes.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are listed in INR and may be subject to applicable taxes.
  • We accept payments via Razorpay and other supported methods.
  • Paahley reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Estimated delivery within 9-10 business days (2 days for production + 6-7 days shipping).
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 15-20 business days (customs duties may apply, which are the buyer’s responsibility).
  • Shipping delays may occur due to high demand, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We only accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags attached.
  • Refunds are only provided for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is defective.
  • Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on Paahley.com are the exclusive property of Paahley.

  • We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Paahley is not responsible for fabric shrinkage, color variations, or normal wear and tear.
