At Paahley, each piece is handcrafted and made-to-order, ensuring that what reaches you is thoughtfully made and thoroughly checked. Since we operate on a made-to-order model and maintain strict quality standards, we follow a No Return and No Refund Policy.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in the unlikely event of:

  • Receiving a defective or damaged product from our side.
  • Receiving an incorrect product (wrong size or style).

How to request an exchange:

  • Kindly inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please share clear images or videos of the issue via email at paahleyfashion@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9619453593.
  • Once our team reviews and approves the request, we’ll arrange for an exchange. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Please Note: We do not offer exchanges for size selection or personal preferences, as each piece is custom-made to order. Kindly refer to our detailed size chart before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of placing them.
  • After 4 hours, the order moves into production and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
  • To cancel an order within the eligible window, please email us immediately at paahleyfashion@gmail.com with your order details.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable as we do not accept returns.
  • In cases where the product is out of stock or cannot be exchanged (subject to Paahley’s discretion), a refund may be issued to the original payment method. We will notify you in such cases.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • We ensure accurate product representation in terms of color, texture, and craftsmanship. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These are not considered defects and are part of the charm of handcrafted pieces.
  • Paahley reserves the right to decline exchange/refund requests that do not meet our policy terms.
